The amazing Mini 6.50 Arkema 3 was launched on the weekend of 11 June 2016 in Verdon-sur-Mer in the Médoc region of France. Revolutionary for the method used to build the boat’s hull and deck from a recyclable thermoplastic composite material made from the Elium® resin, this 6.5 meter boat is also a veritable technological showpiece! Imagined by Lalou Roucayrol, designed by Romaric Neyhousser, and built thanks to the skills and know-how of the Lalou Multi project team, this monohull is being entrusted to young skipper Quentin Vlamynck. Team Arkema Lalou Multi are now at the stage of optimizing and fine-tuning this latest craft, with their sights firmly set on the Mini Transat 2017!
